OUR BELIEFS
GOD
We believe that God is the creator, redeemer, and sanctifier! Our Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
JESUS
We Believe that Jesus is the Savior of the world-our Emmanuel, God with us!
HOLY SPIRIT
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the living breath of God. The Holy Spirit was given to live inside those who believe in Jesus.
BIBLE
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, inerrant word of God. Psalm 110:105 tells us that “Thy word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path”.
GRACE
We believe that grace is the free and unmerited favor of God, made manifest by Jesus. Ephesians 2:8 says: “It is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God”.
BAPTISM
We believe baptism declares a person as a follower of Jesus Christ and symbolizes new life as a Christian. Baptism is a person’s incorporation into the crucified and risen body of Christ.
SALVATION
We believe salvation is the full redemption of the whole person forever. Turning away from sin and having faith in Christ allows this deliverance. John 3:16 says: “God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life”.
ETERNITY
We believe that in God’s kingdom is the endless life after death.
CHURCH
We believe the church is the living body of Christ expressed by all believers as His disciples, His witnesses, proclaiming His truths!
BEING A CHRISTIAN
We believe that being a Christian is being a follower of Jesus, a witness of Jesus, a disciple of Jesus, a steward of Jesus, and and evangelist of Jesus!
